TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the Selection of an operator for issuing, providing and administering (monthly top-up) food vouchers on electronic medium (card) within the meaning of Ordinance No 7 of 9.07.2003 on the terms and procedure for issuing and withdrawing authorisation to carry out activity as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic medium, for issuing food vouchers on electronic medium. The contracting authority requests from the contractor the required number of cards to be delivered to the contracting authority, in accordance with the current number of employees who will use them. The available cards are topped up every month with electronic vouchers, following a prior request by the contracting authority to the contractor. The request specifies the cards of which employees (the specific cards to be topped up) are to be loaded with electronic vouchers and accordingly at what value.
