TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is "Repair of the roof of educational building No. 2 (without end slopes), at the Technical University – Sofia". Currently, the roof covering of the second building is severely compromised and numerous leaks are observed. With the present public procurement, a repair of the roof of the second building will be carried out to improve the living environment and the comfort of occupancy. Construction-repair works will be carried out, which include dismantling works and construction-installation works. The building where this procurement will be implemented falls under third category within the meaning of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and the Spatial Development Act (ZUT). Description of construction and installation works: 1. Dismantling existing gutters and downpipes – 320.00 lineal m 2. Dismantling of downspout containers – 16.00 pcs 3.
