TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No 2 “Selection of a contractor for the preparation of investment projects in the “Technical Design” phase, necessary for implementing maintenance, repairs, and upgrading the tangible assets of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), including copyright supervision”. The investment projects shall be prepared and submitted to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and the applicable legal and sub-statutory normative framework in the Republic of Bulgaria. The Contracting Authority determines and assigns the parts of the project depending on the type and specificity of the site/asset, which is part of the tangible assets of UNWE. When assigning the parts of the project, the requirements for the mandatory minimum scope and content shall be complied with in accordance with the provisions of the cited regulation.
