TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this public procurement falls under third category within the meaning of Regulation No. 1 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and the Spatial Development Act (ZУT). Dormitory No. 2 is a building with a large-panel reinforced concrete structure with a built-up area of 1 319 m2 or total built-up area (RЗП) of 4 801 m2. According to the cadastral map of the town of Pravets, the building is in plot (sq.) 9, UPI I. The ownership is state public. As of the present moment, the dormitory does not meet the requirements of the regulatory framework for energy efficiency. The façade walls are severely compromised. In places, the plaster has collapsed. There is no thermal insulation, which leads to significant heat losses during the winter period. Additionally, the existing non-replaced wooden window frames contribute to the poor conditions: they are in a bad condition with warped frames and missing seals. The window frame class does not meet the current requirements for achieving a higher class of energy efficiency.
