THE COSTS OF INTERFERENCE SAFETY MEASURES NOT SUBJECT TO BIDDING ARE EQUAL TO EUR 450. The contract will be awarded according to the criterion of the lowest price, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 108(3) of the Code, as it concerns services characterized by high standardization, for which the methods of performance and technical characteristics are fully defined by the tender documents and do not present appreciable profiles of qualitative differentiation among economic operators. In fact, the prevailing component of the contract is represented by the supply and availability of the dispensers and the related consumable materials, while installation, maintenance and assistance activities are ancillary in nature (less than 12%) and instrumental with respect to the main service. The procedure will be awarded to the tenderer that offers the highest percentage discount on the amounts used as the basis for the tender.
