TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender, which is conducted as a public tender in accordance with the rules set out in Procurement Law sections 56 and 57, concerns an agreement for the construction of a tanker truck. The agreement is not divided into smaller sub-contracts, as the agreement only includes the construction of 1 tanker truck and therefore cannot meaningfully be divided into multiple sub-contracts.
