TENDER DESCRIPTION
The main IT department is the central competence and service center for IT for the Cantonal administration, the courts, and the municipalities. Among other things, it manages the client fleet for the Cantonal administration, as well as for the three political municipalities of the Canton of Glarus and for those of the Cantonal and vocational school. With the present tender, the main IT department aims to designate a reliable contract and delivery partner for convertible and clamshell notebooks for the next five years. The supplier acts as the general contractor. A framework agreement is to be concluded that defines the technical and logistical as well as the financial guiding principles, so that the corresponding devices can be called up as needed within the term of the contract. In addition, the products being tendered should be integrated into the existing environment as best as possible and enable a smooth process when commissioning new products.
