TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is a) the construction of a one-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Illness Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 double-occupancy rooms on the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing parking lot, retaining walls and site grading works, paved areas, new on-site distribution of rainwater sewerage and its modification, modification of on-site utility distributions (connection to the foul sewer and rerouting of the on-site water main), landscaping works, removal of the existing fence and construction of a new fence, construction of new public and on-site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) structural modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion to pavilion D. All construction work must be carried out with consideration of the specific nature of the hospital environment and with regard to ensuring that these construction works in no way interfere with the hospital’s operations…
