TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is a) the new construction of a one-storey pavilion for aftercare of the Long-Term Hospital Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 double rooms on the premises of the hospital in Valašské Meziříčí, with provisions for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing car park, retaining walls and earthwork modifications, paved areas, new arrangements of on-site rainwater drainage systems and their adjustment, modification of on-site utilities (connection to the foul sewer and relocation of the on-site water main), landscaping works, removal of the existing and construction of new fencing, construction of new public and on-site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with Pavilion D. All construction work must be carried out with due regard to the specificity of the hospital environment and with regard to ensuring that these construction works in no way disrupt the operation of the hospital and patient care.…
