TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is a) the new construction of a single-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Illness Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 two-bed rooms on the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing car park, retaining walls and terrain modifications, paved areas, new utility runs of the site storm sewerage system and its modification, modification of site utility distribution (connection to the foul sewer and rerouting of the site water supply line), landscaping modifications, removal of the existing fencing and construction of new fencing, construction of new public and site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with Pavilion D.
