TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is a) the new build of a single-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Patients Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 two-bed rooms on the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing car park, retaining walls and earthworks, paved areas, new site drainage connections for stormwater and their modification, modification of the site utility distributions (connection to the foul sewer and relocation of the site water supply pipeline), landscaping modifications, removal of the existing fencing and construction of new fencing, implementation of new public and site lighting, and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) building modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with pavilion D.
