TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is a) the construction of a one-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Care Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 two-bed rooms in the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing car park, retaining walls and site grading works, paved areas, new on-site distribution lines for stormwater sewerage and their modification, modification of on-site utility distributions (connection to the foul sewer and relocation of the on-site water supply line), landscaping works, removal of the original fencing and construction of new fencing, construction of new public and on-site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with pavilion D.
