TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is a) the new construction of a single-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Patients’ Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 double-occupancy rooms on the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a potential basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – extension of the existing car park, retaining walls and site grading, paved areas, new on-site rainwater drainage lines and their modification, modification of on-site utility lines (connection to the foul sewer and relocation of the on-site water main), landscaping, removal of the existing fencing and construction of new fencing, construction of new public and site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with Pavilion D. All construction work must be carried out with due regard to the specific nature of the hospital environment and with a view to ensuring that this construction work does not in any way disrupt the operation of the hospital and patient care.…
