TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is a) the new construction of a single-storey pavilion of subsequent care of the Long-Term Sick Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 two-bed rooms on the hospital premises in Valašské Meziříčí, with provision for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – extension of the existing car park, retaining walls and site grading works, paved areas, new on-site storm sewer lines and their modification, modification of on-site utility lines (connection to the foul sewer and relocation of the on-site water main), landscaping works, removal of the existing fence and construction of a new fence, construction of new public and on-site lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion with pavilion D. All construction works must be carried out taking into account the specific nature of the hospital environment and with regard to ensuring that these construction works do not in any way disrupt the operation of the hospital and the care of patients.…
