TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is a) the new construction of a single-storey pavilion for subsequent care of the Long-Term Illness Treatment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the “Pavilion”) with a capacity of 15 two-bed rooms on the premises of the hospital in Valašské Meziříčí, with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, b) related structures – expansion of the existing car park, retaining walls and ground works, paved areas, new connections for site rainwater drainage and its modification, modification of site utilities (connection for the foul sewer and relocation of the site water supply), landscaping works, removal of the original and construction of new fencing, construction of new public and site lighting, and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Structures”), c) construction modifications consisting in connecting the Pavilion to Pavilion D.
