TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the creation and supply of the work “A new generation of data collection on structures and facilities of the public water supply and public sewerage systems” – hereinafter referred to as NG ZberVaK – and the provision of support services for 5 years. The new NG ZberVaK information system is focused on the digital collection of data and the processing of data in the field of public water supplies (VV) and public sewerage systems (VK). The project includes the implementation of selected electronic services, their mutual integration and interoperability so as to increase the user-friendliness of public authorities, institutions and organisations involved in fulfilling legislative obligations. Through the procured NG ZberVaK system, entities – from data providers to supervisory and oversight authorities – will cooperate with one another in a single digital environment. The system will ensure electronic (paperless) communication, efficient exchange of data and automated processing of reports, thereby reducing processing time, improving data quality, and enabling easier verification of their completeness and correctness.
