TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Central Finland Wellbeing Service Area is tendering the life-cycle maintenance of the Sairaala Nova UPS system and, as an option, an emergency maintenance service. The life-cycle maintenance of the UPS system must be started by 14.12.2026 and completed before 30.4.2027. A possible term for the emergency maintenance contract begins on 1.1.2027 and is for a fixed term of 1 year, after which it continues until further notice. Based on the procurement, one (1) Supplier will be selected. The procurement is not intended to be divided into parts, because the services form an appropriate overall package. As part of the preparation of the procurement, a market survey/request for information has been carried out with the aim of clarifying market availability and pricing. The requirements and evaluation criteria for this tender request have been defined so that all tenderers are in the same position regardless of their participation in the market survey during the preparation phase.
