TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Central Finland Wellbeing Services County (Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue) is tendering the lifecycle maintenance of the Sairaala Nova Novan UPS system and, as an option, the emergency maintenance service. The lifecycle maintenance of the UPS system must be started by 14.12.2026 and completed before 30.4.2027. A possible contract period for emergency maintenance service begins on 1.1.2027 and is fixed-term for 1 year, after which it continues for an indefinite period. One (1) Supplier will be selected on the basis of the procurement. The procurement is not intended to be divided into parts, because the services form an appropriate overall package. In preparing the procurement, a market survey/request for information has been carried out with the aim of clarifying market availability and pricing. The requirements and evaluation criteria of this request for tenders have been defined so that all tenderers are in the same position regardless of their participation in the market survey during the preparation phase.
