• Drainage System Construction (Izgradnja sustava odvodnje) across various phases and locations, such as Centar, Istok, Donja Vlahinička, Sjever, Potok, Osekovo, Donja Gračenica, Voloder, Gornja Gračenica, Stružec, and segments through Popovača, Voloder, Ravnik, Podbrđe, and Gornja Jelenska. This involves approximately 61,275.50 m of new gravitational collectors, 1,308.22 m of reconstructed gravitational collectors, around 17,014.25 m of pressure pipelines, 32 pumping stations, and 4 rain overflows.
• Construction of Main Water Pipeline (Izgradnja magistralnog vodovoda) from Veliko Brdo to Donja Vlahinička.
• Construction of Water Supply on Mramor Brdo (Izgradnja vodovoda na Mramor Brdu), including two pumping stations. The water supply system design includes approximately 5,624.98 m of main pipeline reconstruction and 4,584.71 m of street water supply pipeline with 2 pumping stations.

All services must align with Croatian regulations, professional standards, the Project Task, and the Bill of Quantities. Cost estimates must also adhere to the "Guidelines for determining acceptable project prices for investments in water utility projects for the financial period 2021-2027" issued by Hrvatske vode.
