TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of total herbicides and adhesion promoters with a total net Framework Amount burdened with a call-off obligation of HUF 66,500,000 and a net amount of HUF 28,500,000 not burdened with call-off obligation, i.e. a total net framework amount of HUF 95,000,000. Based on the experiences of the previous period, the calculated quantity related to the total net framework amount is approximately 23,000 liters of total herbicide and 250 kg adhesion promoter detailed – including the detailed technical description – in the Public Procurement Documents (hereinafter: PD). The calculated quantity data have been determined to assist the Bidder (hereinafter: B) in pricing and to ensure the comparability of bids submitted by Bidders (Bidder hereinafter: B), so the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: CA) does not undertake a call-off obligation for the approximately calculated quantity(ies) item by item. CA undertakes a call-off obligation for the Framework Amount.
