TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement comprises construction, craft and installation works, as well as the supply, installation and commissioning of an inflatable membrane structure—an air dome. The type, characteristics, quality and description of the subject of the public procurement are defined in the project documentation for construction implementation (PZI), project no. 709-2026, dated June 2026, prepared by the designer Aporia d.o.o., Cesta na Polane 27, 6210 Sežana. The contracting authority, in all parts of the bill of quantities where a manufacturer, model or type of product is possibly specified, allows the submission of an equivalent product which is actually equivalent to the required one in terms of technical characteristics and functionality. The contracting authority reserves the right, from the tenderer, in the phase of evaluating the tender and in the phase of contract performance, to request evidence of the exact technical characteristics of the supplied goods offered.
