TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of the construction “Construction of a school building for SŠŽ Sokolov at plot no. 386/1, cadastral area Sokolov”, which addresses the new construction of the building of the Secondary Vocational School of Trades Sokolov, a contributory organization (hereinafter referred to as “SŠŽ Sokolov”). The actual construction is divided into several construction objects (hereinafter referred to as “SO”), whose further description is provided in the project documentation. It involves the implementation of a structure equipped with appropriate infrastructure and, together with it, all other construction and engineering objects, operational units to ensure the operation of the SŠŽ Sokolov school; furthermore, preparation of as-built documentation (DSPS) using the BIM method and ensuring the certification of the SBToolCZ school building (at least a bronze certification).
