TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance is the execution of the construction of the New building of the SŠŽ Sokolov school on plot no. 386/1, cadastral area Sokolov, which addresses the new construction of the building of the Secondary Vocational School Sokolov, contributory organization (hereinafter referred to as "SŠŽ Sokolov"). The construction itself is divided into several construction objects (hereinafter referred to as "CO") whose detailed description is provided in the project documentation. It involves the realization of a building equipped with appropriate infrastructure and all other construction and engineering objects, operational sets to ensure the operation of the SŠŽ Sokolov school, as well as the processing of the as-built documentation (DSPS) using the BIM method and securing the SBToolCZ certification of the school building (minimum bronze certificate).
