TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to carry out the construction work titled “New construction of the school building of the SŠŽ Sokolov at plot no. 386/1, cadastral area Sokolov”, which addresses the new construction of the building of the Secondary Vocational School of Sokolov, a contributory organization (hereinafter referred to as “SŠŽ Sokolov”). The actual construction is divided into several construction objects (hereinafter referred to as “SO”), whose more detailed description is provided in the project documentation. This involves the implementation of an object equipped with appropriate infrastructure, together with all other building and engineering objects, operational sets for ensuring the operation of the SŠŽ Sokolov school, and also the preparation of as-built documentation (DSPS) using the BIM method and ensuring the certification of the SBToolCZ school building (at least a bronze certificate).
