TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the execution of the work entitled “Construction of a new obstetrics and gynecology complex”, in accordance with the project documentation for issuing a joint permit, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation, and the related project documentation for the performance of the construction works, which forms Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation, and under the conditions resulting from the valid joint permit, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation (hereinafter the “Construction” or the “Work”) on the contracting authority’s premises during its operation and the related necessary construction and engineering activities. The outcome of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a works contract (including other documents that form part of the works contract) in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in a Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) and other documents forming the works contract.
