TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the execution of the work "New Gynecological and Obstetric Complex Building" according to the design documentation for obtaining the joint permit forming Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation and the follow-up design documentation for construction execution forming Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation and under the conditions arising from the final joint permit forming Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction" or the "Work") on the contracting authority's premises during its operation, including related necessary construction and engineering activities. The result of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a works contract (including other documents forming part of the works contract) according to the General Conditions for the Construction of Buildings and Engineering Structures designed by the contracting authority, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE), and other documents forming the works contract.
