TENDER DESCRIPTION

A new cultural space – renovation of the 2nd floor of the Bieszczady House of Culture 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation and modernization works on the roof of the building and the ballet hall room at the Bieszczady House of Culture at ul. Piłsudskiego 1, “A new cultural space – renovation of the 2nd floor of the Bieszczady House of Culture.” 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) replacement of the roof covering (carpentry and roofing works) together with its insulation according to the design, 2) renovation of chimneys on the roof and in the attic, 3) replacement of rain gutters and downpipes, 4) installation of a lightning protection system, 5) installation of snow guards, 6) installation of an air-conditioning system for the ballet hall and the music hall, 7) installation of a mechanical ventilation system, 8) removal of existing wall cladding in the ballet hall, 9) renovation of the electrical installation in the ballet hall, 10) renovation of floors – wooden parquet, cleaning, filling/patching and varnishing, 11) replacement of interior doors in accordance with the schedule, 12) painting of walls and…
