TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the performance of comprehensive repairs to the roof trusses and roof coverings of individual buildings of the castle, which are currently in poor technical condition. The existing non-compliant roofing will be dismantled. At the same time, dismantling of sheet-metal elements will take place, in particular the cladding of chimneys, cover sheets at the interface with adjoining structures, gutter channels, downspouts and rainwater collectors (buckets). Elements that are found to be satisfactory will be reused after inspection. At the same time as the roof repairs, scaffolding will be used, including in difficult-to-access terrain, for repairing deteriorated plaster/render on the façades and for remediation of staircases with non-functional waterproofing. The contracting authority does not permit variant bids.
