TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS), as part of the “Nouvelle Construction Site Kirchberg (NSK)” project, is carrying out the construction of a new building as well as the refurbishment of existing hospital buildings at the Kirchberg site. The subject of this contract is the activity of technical inspection of accessibility in accordance with the law “Loi du 7 janvier 2022 portant sur l’accessibilité à tous des lieux ouverts au public, des voies publiques et des bâtiments d’habitation collectifs”. The services include in particular the analysis and review of planning documents, supporting planning with regard to accessibility, assisting with the definition of corrective measures, assisting in the exchange with the competent authorities, and the required official controls and certifications.
