TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service for the procurement unit VE 046 Sewer Construction, Technical Installations in AA is the setup, operation, and dismantling of the construction site facilities exclusively for the execution of the contractor’s own work including all necessary service facilities, equipment, lifting gear, also stationary and/or mobile cranes during the contract execution period. A general construction site setup such as meeting and toilet containers, construction fence, main distributor, sub-distributors, traffic safety etc. is provided by the client to the trades for the entire construction period. The tendered service includes performing earthworks according to DIN 18300 to create pipe and cable trenches for the laying of drainage and electrical lines in external areas (approx. 100m3 excavation), constructing pits for the rainwater retention and rainwater treatment system (approx. 255m3 excavation), media shafts (approx. 63.5m3 excavation) as well as backfilling the work areas.
