TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the service for contract award unit VE 070 roof and floor waterproofing comprises waterproofing works for the reinforced concrete floor slab, roof waterproofing/insulation works for unused flat roofs as warm roofs, in part as a green-roof construction with extensive landscaping, roof structures, sheet metal works, and safety systems for a 2-court sports hall with a social annex in timber construction. Waterproofing works DIN 18336 – RC floor slab: Provision of approx. 1,070 m² of bituminous waterproofing on the top side of the RC floor slabs in partial areas, including detailing/finishing to tie in with bituminous waterproofing laid on site.
