TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of contract lot VE 410 is the execution of the sanitary facilities for the new construction of a 2-court sports hall at the Catholic Niels-Stensen-School in Schwerin. The service includes the supply and installation of wastewater, rainwater and drinking water systems including pipelines, fittings, valves, insulation and fire protection measures. The execution is carried out in accordance with the relevant DIN, EN and DVGW standards, in particular DIN 1988, DIN 1986-100, DIN EN 1717, and DIN EN 12056. The scope of work includes the installation of drinking water pipes for cold, hot and circulation systems, the supply and installation of shut-off, control and safety valves as well as equipment for drinking water heating and ensuring drinking water hygiene. Furthermore, the service includes equipping the sanitary areas with WC units, barrier-free sanitary facilities, urinals, washbasins, slop sinks and other sanitary objects including all necessary connection and installation work.
