The subject of the procurement lot VE 410 is the execution of the sanitary installations for the new construction of a 2-court sports hall of the Catholic Niels-Stensen School in Schwerin. The service includes the delivery and installation of wastewater, rainwater, and drinking water systems including piping, fittings, fixtures, insulation, and fire protection measures. Execution is carried out in accordance with the relevant DIN, EN, and DVGW regulations, particularly DIN 1988, DIN 1986-100, DIN EN 1717, and DIN EN 12056. The service includes installing drinking water pipes for cold, hot water, and circulation systems, delivery and installation of shut-off, control, and safety valves, as well as equipment for drinking water heating and ensuring drinking water hygiene. Furthermore, the service comprises equipping the sanitary areas with WC facilities, barrier-free sanitary facilities, urinals, washbasins, slop sinks, and other sanitary objects including all necessary connection and installation work.
