TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement unit VE 420 is the execution of the heating technical systems for the new construction of a 2-court gymnasium of the Catholic Niels-Stensen-School in Schwerin. The service includes the delivery and installation of the heat generation and heat distribution systems including pipe networks, pumps, fittings, control and safety devices, thermal insulation as well as all necessary fastening, noise and fire protection measures. The execution is carried out in accordance with the relevant DIN, EN and VDI standards, in particular DIN EN 12828, DIN EN 12831, DIN 18380 and the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG). The service includes the district heating supply of the building, the distribution of heating energy via heating circuit distributors, as well as the supply of underfloor heating, the ventilation system (RLT), fan coil units and domestic hot water preparation. The system is equipped with an automatic pressure maintenance, degassing and makeup water unit as well as comprehensive measurement, control and regulation technology.
