Adult Day Case Procedures

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The National Treatment Purchase Fund (the “NTPF”) hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Healthcare Providers to submit tenders for the establishment of a Multiparty Framework of Private Healthcare Providers for the Provision of Additional Inpatient and Outpatient services (the “Framework”). This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime applicable to social and other specific services pursuant to the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 284/2016), as amended, and the relevant provisions of Directive 2014/24/EU. The procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure and is subject to the applicable requirements and principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality and competition. The NTPF may specify service volumes and implementation arrangements through Call-Off Contracts awarded in accordance with the Framework Agreement and the procurement documents. The NTPF wishes to appoint Healthcare Provider(s) for each of the Lots indicated below.
