TENDER DESCRIPTION

The UKL is planning with the project "Centralization of Nuclear Medicine in Building 3 of the University Hospital Leipzig" the construction of an extension new building with a ward, outpatient and diagnostic areas as well as a radiochemistry laboratory of approx. 1150 m² NUF. - 1 elevator system, 2,500 kg, machine room above shaft, single-sided loading, 2 floors; - 1 elevator system, 2,400 kg, machine room top side, single-sided loading, 3 floors. The services for the construction execution of the elevator systems must be provided using the BIM method (BIM - Building Information Modeling). The maintenance of all elevator systems with a limited duration of 4 years is to be offered. As a special feature, it must be noted - that the emergency call system must be connected to the existing Base system at UKL. - that all used assemblies must be implemented as open systems that are not subject to any restrictions regarding operation, maintenance, testing, and spare parts procurement.
