TENDER DESCRIPTION
The UKL plans with the project "Centralization of Nuclear Medicine in Building 3 of the University Hospital Leipzig" the construction of an extension new building with a ward, outpatient and diagnostic areas as well as a radiochemistry laboratory on approximately 1150 m² NUF. - 1 elevator system, 2,500 kg, machine room above the shaft, single-sided loading, 2 floors; - 1 elevator system, 2,400 kg, machine room at the top side, single-sided loading, 3 floors. The construction services for the elevator systems are to be provided using the BIM method (BIM-Building Information Modeling). Maintenance of all elevator systems with a limited term of 4 years is to be offered. As a special feature, it must be noted - that the emergency call system must be connected to the Base system existing at UKL. - that all components used must be executed as open systems, which are subject to no restrictions regarding operation, maintenance, testing and spare parts procurement.
