TENDER DESCRIPTION

City of Nurmes requests tenders for coaching services that promote employment for unemployed jobseekers in Nurmes. The service is arranged in Nurmes primarily through in-person meetings and only in some cases online. The aim of the service is to support clients in finding employment, strengthening work-life skills, identifying skills, and progressing towards working life, training, or other appropriate services. The focus of the service is on persons under 30 years of age, long-term unemployed persons, persons with an immigrant background, and persons with specific work capacity. Clients are guided to the service, for example, through customer contact persons of the North Karelia employment area, employees of the TOIMI project, or through a work ability coordinator. The aim of the service is to strengthen the client’s work and functional capacity, work skills and professional competence, and to support transitions to work, training or appropriate follow-up services.
