TENDER DESCRIPTION

Nurmijärvi Municipality requests tenders for the outdoor lighting management service. The outdoor lighting network that is the subject of the procurement comprises the outdoor lighting network managed by Nurmijärvi Municipality, with a scope of approximately 14,000 light points. A service agreement is an agreement concluded between the parties to the agreement, the contracting authority, and the provider of the management service, in which the provider performs the service defined in the contract documents in a comprehensive manner. The more detailed content and tasks of the service, as well as the suitability requirements set for the service and the service provider, are defined in this tender request and its appendices. The service provider that enters into the service agreement undertakes to produce/provide the services in accordance with the contract documents. The services to be provided must be of high quality and cost-effective, and they must include reliable quality assurance.
