TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kaarina City’s contract for mowing the lawns in the general areas for the year 2027 and two option years (1+1) There are three (3) sub-areas included in the contract. The tenderer may, if they wish, offer as many sub-areas as they want. After submitting the tenders, clarification meetings (negotiations) are held with the tenderers, during which it is determined how many of the sub-areas the contractor can manage from among the sub-areas they have offered. Up to three contractors are selected for the contract. Contract sub-areas: 1. Keskusta 2. Kesämäki/Kuusisto 5. Piispanristi In the tender, the offered sub-areas and their prices must be stated unambiguously, separately from each other. The tenderer must prepare for the clarification meetings on 28.10 or 29.10.
