TENDER DESCRIPTION
Scope of services includes metal construction and locksmith work within the interior area as well as roof-lights/daylight glazing, in particular: Door elements (glass and metal doors) for office, meeting and technical rooms, some with electric door drives (26 units, locking type OTS) including maintenance External doors Aluminium RC 3 (6 units) Fire and smoke protection technical aluminium/steel doors (T30/T90-RS) according to the door schedule, as well as inspection/revision doors and shaft/duct doors Lock cylinders are provided by the building contractor (coordination/installation by the contractor) Sliding wall glazing system, ceiling-rail type, partly with increased sound insulation Fixed glazing and glazed elements in the office area Parapet railings in the area of the new gallery level (mezzanine) Roof-lights for the roof surface with associated steel support frames, smoke venting openings and external shading, including maintenance of associated management and ancillary services.
