TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the supply and installation of the raised floor (system floor) in the ground floor and upper floor storeys (gallery) according to the planning documents, in particular: • Raised floor in three zones with different void heights: high air space ground floor (approx. 1,036 m², void height approx. 112 cm), office area ground floor (approx. 1,057 m², approx. 19-47 cm) and gallery upper floor (approx. 668 m², approx. 29 cm), total approx. 2,760 m²; in addition, raised floor as a sloped surface (ramps) approx. 73 m² • Cleaning of the raised floor void before laying the panels (approx. 2,789 m²), surcharge for replacing the supporting substructure (approx. 400 m²), reserve panels (approx. 28 m²) • Edge connections of the raised floor system (approx. 1,138 m) and connections to fire-separating partitions within the raised floor (approx. 100 m) • Panel cut-outs (200 panels for floor tanks, 42 panels with a circular opening, 1 panel with a rectangular opening) and 50 ventilation outlets as walk-on grilles • Sample approval of the raised floor panel and floor covering following contract award, time-and-materials work and documentation The service includes the supply and…
