Floor covering works ● Demolition of the existing linoleum floor covering including skirting strips ● Preparation of the substrate on the existing cast asphalt screed: grinding, patching, and primer ● Closing screed strips after electrical and dry construction works with cast asphalt screed including insulating granulate, separating layer and edge insulation strips, as well as sealing of electric floor tanks ● New floor covering made of linoleum (use class 34) with welded joints, skirting boards, and initial care ● Connections to adjacent structural elements, transition profiles and floor tank covers with covering insert ● Protective coverings and disposal
