The scope of work includes the roofing contractor work in the area of the rooflight strip axes of structural element VII according to the documents, in particular: • Preparatory work and demolition: Removing, sifting and interim storage of the gravel filling for reuse (approx. 440 m²), layered and lapped dismantling of separation layer, sealing layer and insulation layer in the demolition area (approx. 440 m²), demolition of 4 roof scuppers and 8 roof ventilators, cleaning the roof surface; demolition of roof build-up and roof structure for the rooflight openings (approx. 217 m², cut lines approx. 222 m) • New construction of the roof sealing: Bitumen vapour barrier (approx. 437 m²), base insulation mineral wool 80 mm (approx. 437 m²), sloping insulation mineral wool (average thickness 233 mm, approx. 599 m²), bitumen sealing in two layers (approx. 598 m²); connection of the vapour barrier and sealing to the new rooflight strips (approx. 216 m) • 4 roof scuppers, connections of roof penetrations (sanitary ventilation, exhaust air / supply air), emergency drains / parapet overflow, separation layer, gravel ballast (approx. 599 m²) with gravel stabiliser: Reinstallation of the…
