The scope of services includes delivery and installation of the carpenter's works in the basement, ground floor and upper floor of component VII according to the plan documents, in particular: • Washbasin vanity top units (4 units), sanitary partition wall system HPL solid core (approx. 80 m², 19 doors) and partition screens for WC men (7 units) • Interior doors made of wood with steel door frames for sanitary and cleaning rooms, ancillary and technical rooms as well as office and corridor areas (28 units), 2 power-operated door drives with hold-open system for the accessible sanitary areas including maintenance for 4 years (lump sum) and cable layout • Fitted kitchens / tea kitchens: Kitchen A ground floor (6 m base cabinet row), Kitchen B ground floor (10.6 m) and Kitchen 1st floor (5.7 m) with tall and overhead cabinets, worktops, built-in sinks and built-in appliances • Podium event room (three-tier, approx. 26 m²) with front cladding, upholstered seat covering (19.8 m), storage compartments, cabling and 12 sockets/USB sockets • Wooden louvre installations (basement installation, LED light coves, acoustic louvre wall under the staircase, full-height wooden louvre wall), round…
