TENDER DESCRIPTION

The measure is carried out in the basement (KG), on the ground floor (EG) and on the upper floor (OG) of the former data centre. The works essentially include a new power supply, which will be newly built up via 7 new sub-distribution boards. The cable routes are mostly installed in the raised floor and are implemented using cable trays. Approximately 1,000 m of cable trays are laid. In addition, approximately 150,000 m of cables (power and low-voltage, MSR/GLT) are pulled. Another essential component of this tender is lighting, which is mainly newly installed using surface-mounted luminaires and profile luminaires (as ring luminaires, rectangular ceiling fittings and linear luminaires). The number of luminaires is approximately 950 units. Approximately It is planned to install exclusively LED luminaires. For the IT, a new infrastructure is set up, which will be implemented via 5 new network rack enclosures.
