TENDER DESCRIPTION
The measure is carried out in cost group (KG), on the ground floor (EG) and on the upper floor (OG) of the former data centre. In essence, the work comprises a new power supply, which is built up using 7 new sub-distribution boards (Unterverteiler). The cable routes are mostly implemented in the raised floor and via cable trays. Approximately 1,000 m of cable trays are installed. In addition, approximately 150,000 m of cable (power and low-voltage, MSR/GLT) are pulled. Another essential component of this tender is lighting, which is mainly newly installed using surface-mounted luminaires and profile luminaires (as ring luminaires, square-type structures and linear luminaires). The number of luminaires is approximately 950 units. Only LED luminaires are installed. For the IT system, a new infrastructure is set up, which is implemented via 5 new network stand cabinets. An electrical sun protection system (control) for just under 250 motors and a smoke extraction system (RWA) are also part of the measure.
