TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender documents are Building File description (incl. AB-18), contract descriptions with work descriptions, Health and Safety Plan, drawings, room lists, time schedule, lists of prices submitted, and possibly issued corrigendum sheets. In addition, also the conditions on site, which the contractor is obliged to orient itself regarding before submitting its price. Conditions that can be observed, or could have been assumed, are not compensated as extra work, but must be included in the present price submission. Offers are submitted in accordance with the legal basis as stated in the Building File description. All individual sub-bids, requested prices and information must be included. The offer must be binding in accordance with AB18, calculated from the day of licitation. The offer must be submitted in 2 copies. Award criterion: Is the “lowest price” in accordance with Act No. 572 of 06.06.2007 on obtaining tenders in the construction and civil engineering sector applicable.
