TENDER DESCRIPTION

With regard to the project titled “Development of internal-area roads in Nyíregyháza, Phase XII” under project number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00010: design works related to infrastructure development in the administrative territory of Nyíregyháza: permit-level design; preparation of construction (tender) documents and performance of the Designer’s site supervision tasks (5 occasions); professional support for procurement procedures aimed at the related construction works. The tenderer’s task is to carry out full-scope design works for the renovation of the existing residential streets of Nyíregyháza, Alkotmány u. (between Nádor u. and Rózsa u.), Csillag u., Kéz u., Róka u. (between Nádor u. and Rózsa u.), Rózsa utca, jointly with the preparation of a combined permit-level and construction-level plan, in a fully complete form. That is to say, the review of the residential streets and, depending on the outcome of the review, designing their transformation; standardisation and, where necessary, renovation of pedestrian traffic surfaces; and it is also necessary to design the utility relocations related to road construction and the stormwater drainage.
