With regard to the project titled “Development of local roads in Nyíregyháza, Phase VIII”, project number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00013: design works related to infrastructure development in the administrative territory of Nyíregyháza, including: permit-level plan; preparation of construction (tender) drawings and performance of the designer’s site supervision tasks (5 occasions); professional support for the public procurement procedures aimed at the related construction works. The tenderer’s task is to carry out complete design works for the construction of Napkelte utca in Nyíregyháza, together with the preparation of its permit-level and construction-level plans, fully ready for use. Therefore, the review of the residential streets and, depending on the results of the review, the design of their conversion, as well as the design of utilities diversions related to road construction and stormwater drainage are also to be prepared. The tenderer’s task is to prepare the permit-level and then construction-level plans of the designs, as well as plan supplements, and to perform any possible remedial work to make up for deficiencies.
